Learning at Home Effectively

Updated: Oct 15, 2021

The issues with learning at home are just as numerous as shall we say...working from home! While we are still in the midst of the pandemic we have found out how resourceful we can be. We have now grown accustomed to zoom or google hangouts or WebEx, whichever your platform of choice is, what we have not acclimated ourselves to is the future!

It was commonplace to believe this virus would shut things down for a month or a few weeks and everything would be back to normal. Please someone tell us when normal arrives! However, if we are to manifest our destinies in spite of the trials and troubles, we have to adjust to this new wave of educational pursuits.

Find a place where you can get in God's face for one hour uninterrupted! Dr. Hugee, III

The goal with online learning is the same as the classroom, however without the breath to breath contact --faith formation and revelation.

The challenge then is to find a place where you can get in God's face for one hour uninterrupted. To keep everyone involved in your educational pursuits and relevant, let the family or guests know you have class and even invite them to listen in if they are curious. Should they have questions this gives you a way to exercise your mind and further your own understanding by answering those questions.
